INGREDIENTS:

2 Persian cucumbers, diced
1 cup Greek or European style yogurt
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
½  tsp Spice Tree Organics Garam Masala blend
Salt, to taste

Method:

In a bowl, whip the yogurt with a fork to ensure a smooth consistency. Stir in the cucumbers, Garam Masala, and cilantro leaves. Add salt and taste for seasoning. Chill raita for at least an hour, or until ready to serve. This Raita pairs great with our Tandoori spiced chicken recipe!
