• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp Spice Tree Organics Moroccan Ras el Hanout
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped preserved lemon peel (see note)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup mixed herbs, like cilantro, parsley, and mint

Note: If grilling, do not include the chopped preserved lemon in the marinade. Instead, mix the 2 tbsp chopped preserve lemon with 2-3 tbsp olive oil and a pinch of salt, and spoon the preserved lemon oil on top of whatever you've grilled.
